Join #TeamResolute for Wheel to Survive!
Wheel to Survive is a 6-hour indoor cycling extravaganza designed to raise funds and awareness for the Be the Difference Foundation. Don’t worry, you won’t have to ride the whole thing, we’re pulling together a relay team! All you need to do is create your fundraising page and raise a minimum $250. It’s way easier than you think, and tons of fun! The ride is Sunday, March 29th, 9am-3pm.
We’ll ride as a relay from 9am-3pm. Go to the website, create yourself a profile, then select Team Resolute Fitness as your team.

They’re back! New to cycling or yoga? We’ve got some SUPER BEGINNER classes for you in January. We’ll break down all the moves, have you feeling comfortable and knowledgeable. BRAND NEW? Pair up one of these classes with our “First 30″ Special. 30 days for $30.

New to Yoga?
Although Resolute Yoga classes are accessible for all-levels, this special 75 minute class will break down the Resolute power yoga class into easily digestible pieces, and leave you feeling educated and empowered to return and try any yoga class with the knowledge of a pro! Perfect for beginners, those brand new to yoga, those looking to learn more about yoga.

September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Go back-to-school w Sandy and Danny, all for a good cause! Resolute is hosting an epic movie ride-along, (also a sing-along), to raise funds and awareness for the Be The Difference Foundationt
All you have to do is reserve a bike, and bring a cash or check donation (in any amount) to the Be the Difference Foundation on the day of the ride.
We hope you will join us for this inspirational and important event and together we will BE THE DIFFERENCE in the fight against ovarian cancer. Show up in your best Grease-inspired outfit for a chance to win one of several ride-along prizes.

New to Indoor Cycling? Try Cycling 101
Join Sara-Mai on Saturday, August 23rd at 10:30am for this beginner cycling class. Fun for all levels, we’ll go through best technique and learn some fun moves! Do “jumps,” “touch-backs,” and “crunches” on the bike confuse you? Let us break it down in this 45 minute ride at the Steiner Ranch studio. More here.
In this Cycling & CORE combination class we’ll target your abs & lower back with 18 minutes of CORE work on your yoga mat, then ride it out with 40 minutes of fierce & fun intervals on the bike. One hour total. All levels.
In this gentle, slow-moving class we will use props to help us relax into and hold each pose for 2-5 minutes. These deep stretches go beyond muscle tissue into the joints and fascia improving overall health and well-being.
60 Minutes. 80 Degrees. Level 1 & 2.
Get the best of both worlds in just 60 minutes! This class will begin with an intense, 25 minute Resolute Cycling session, then we will meet on the mat in child’s pose to begin 30 minutes of Resolute Yoga.
Endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, core.
The Resolute Power Yoga class is based in the Vinyasa tradition and includes elements of strengthening, lengthening, balance and core. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced practitioners, although there are no prerequisites for attendance.
60 minutes. 80-85 degrees. Level 2.
Yoga Foundations is designed to introduce the beginner to the foundational poses of power yoga. This class is designed with a set sequence that offers elements of strengthening, lengthening, balance and core. Our Foundations class is recommended for those who are new to yoga, recovering from injury, pregnant, or looking to work on alignment with a slower flow.
60 minutes. 80 degrees. Level 1.
Resolute Cycling is a high-energy, total-body cycling class that will challenge, uplift, and energize. Designed for all levels, this 45 minute ride incorporates high-intensity intervals of sprinting and climbing with a short segment of upper body weights for a total-body workout. Using ANT+ technology, riders are able to track calories, watts, RPMs, and mileage on each bike.
Out of respect for all students in class, we maintain a distraction-free environment by adhering to the following etiquette rules:
– No late arrivals.
– No cell phones in class. Please leave your phone with the front desk if you are expecting an emergency call.
– No chit chat in class. We want you to focus on YOU, and others not to have to.
– Want to do your own thing? Please sit at the back of the class.
– All participants must have water. The first time you forget, it’s on us! The second time you forget, it’s on you.
– All riders must have SPD compatible cycling shoes (shoe rentals are available for $3, and are included in the Resolute level commitment)
If you are unable to book a spot for the class you’d like, please add yourself to the waitlist. When spots open up, wait-listed clients will be automatically added to the class in the order they signed up.
You will receive an email confirming your addition to the class. If you are added on the DAY OF the class, you will receive a phone call, and we will only add you if you confirm your attendance. If you do not get in off the wait-list, the class you purchased will remain on your account for use on a future date.
Please note, we assume you want to take EVERY class you are waitlisted for. If you do not remove yourself from the wait-list (online or by calling the studio) by 24 hours prior to the class, you may be charged for a no-show.
Resolute Fitness does not offer the option of ‘switching’ classes. If you are scheduled for one class and then receive a spot from the waitlist, you will be charged for both reservations unless you notify us by the cancelation deadline.
Walk-Ins will be added to the class as space is available AFTER any wait-listed clients have been accommodated. We highly recommend reserving a spot using the online scheduler or by calling before arriving at the studio.
We like to keep it cozy, our cycling & yoga classes have limited space! To avoid forfeiting your class or being charged for a ‘no-show’, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class. You may call the studio, email the studio, or cancel yourself using the online scheduler.
You are considered a “no-show” if you are not present by the time class starts. Your spot will be given to someone on the wait list.
In a FULL class, “no-shows” who have a spot reserved will forfeit that class, it cannot be used at a later date. Resolute members who no-show in a FULL class may be charged $5 for the missed class.
Cancelation rules apply for those on the wait-list if they are added to the class and do not attend.
Resolute Yoga is a Power Vinyasa Flow that is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Students who are new or returning to yoga or working with an injury are advised and encouraged to begin with the Yoga Foundations class in order to build familiarity with poses and develop strength.
Yoga is your time to turn inward so we ask that students leave phones and belongings outside the yoga room and silence all electronics. In order to maximize your practice, we ask yogis to practice quietly and meditatively. Should you have a question, please feel free to silently speak to the instructor for modifications.

Resolute Cycling is suitable for all levels. Your instructor serves as a guide, but ultimately YOU are in charge.
All riders are required to have SPD compatible cycling shoes. This not only makes your ride safer, but enhances the efficiency and fitness outcome of your pedal stroke. Shoe Rentals are $3.
All riders are required to have WATER. The first time you forget, it’s on us!
Shoe rentals are water are included with a Resolute level commitment. Our Austin locations feature Specialized brand cycling shoes, provided by Bicycle Sport Shop.
