Callie teaches yoga to empower her students to create a happier and healthier self. She believes that living in the moment and paying attention to the movement of breath and energy while practicing yoga inspires transformation in the body, mind and soul. This is what led Callie to yoga, and combined with her passion for helping others, she was led to teach. Come to Callie‘s class for a challenge that plants the seed of growth and yoga foundations.
Beth began practicing yoga to gain flexibility after many years of running marathons. While she did become more flexible, what kept her coming back to the mat was how beautiful and strong she felt as she moved through the poses. She found self-esteem and confidence through yoga that she had never experienced before. Ultimately, she realized that she had to share this amazing practice with others. Beth believes that a regular yoga practice can empower each of us to discover our own inner strength, light, and beauty.
A bookworm and a writer by nature, Alex came to practice yoga through a longing to develop her mind body connection. This journey has taught her many things, things she couldn’t have ever deemed possible, and she is endlessly grateful for the years of experience that led her to teaching today. Born in Okinawa, Japan, Morgan went to college in South Carolina followed by 10 years in Los Angeles. Morgan grew up dancing, playing a number of sports, lifting weights and being an all-around active kid. When Morgan discovered cycling and yoga it was the end all be all! “I had finally found something that was not only challenging but fun and the results were well worth the time and effort. First a Resolute member, now a instructor! Diana fell in love with road cycling first and never knew indoor cycling was so much fun. While training for a triathlon, she joined Resolute as a way to ride and do yoga when the weather outside was awful. It paid off! Anja has been involved in fitness as long as she can remember. Thanks to a great friend here in Austin, Anja began competing in 5k, 10k, half marathons and triathlons. After years of exploring various forms of exercise and ways to stay fit, Anja began teaching Indoor Cycling and she LOVES it. Her motto is “Exercise should not be another thing on our To-Do list, it should be fun.” So come on by, leave your worries and stress at the door, and let loose and have fun for 45 minutes.

Sarah’s interest in cycling began in the Boston area. After years of enjoying indoor cycling classes, Sarah decided to get certified through Mad Dogg athletics in 2011. She has enjoyed teaching in Shreveport, LA, and now here in Austin. When she isn’t teaching cycling classes, she is a very busy wife and mother of two young children!
Sara-Mai is the co-founder of Resolute and can also be found teaching cycling and yoga. Athletics and fitness have always been an integral part of Sara-Mai’s life, be it as an athlete, coach, instructor or entrepreneur. A champion of the power of the body to aid the development of the mind, Sara-Mai credits the competitive, playful and spiritual aspects of sport with who she is today. “We are physical beings, and it is through movement that we find our healthiest, fullest expression of self.” It is her goal to help her students find a love for fitness that becomes a love of self.
Nice studio with new equipment. The instructors are motivating. The front desk staff is friendly.
They offer towels, water, lockers and showers. The facility is super clean.
Most of the sessions I’ve been to incorporate some light upper body exercises, which is a nice way to change up a spin class.
The spinning classes include 5-7 minutes of weights while you’re on the bike to help tone arms during the cardio session. Brilliant! The bikes are new; the studio is immaculate; and the teachers are great. I love this place!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean, modern design. And a short distance from home. I highly recommend this studio!
This place rocks! I’d never tried yoga or cycling before going to Resolute. Now, it’s my addiction! I’ve fallen in love with both. I love that the the instructors and front desk remember your name. The variety of instructors give you a different workout each time, so it always leaves you guessing what will be next. The combination of the classes over time has improved my body. I truly look forward to going every day – and when I miss, I’m so sad!! Thanks for a great workout, Resolute!
I love it here. Plenty of options for times and classes. All the instructors are friendly and greet you when you come in and when you leave! I love both Megan and Sam’s yoga classes. The perfect amount of tough and relax mixed into one class! I actually signed up thinking I would do more SPIN classes and ended up falling in love with yoga. It was SO easy to get acquainted with it. If you’ve never been to a spin or yoga class, don’t be nervous! Its such a welcoming environment and you’ll pick it up really quick! Thanks resolute! So thankful for YOU!
I love Resolute for a couple of reasons. It is the most convenient and efficient use of my workout time. And the instructors are great, the front staff friendly and the studio nice. All the instructors are wonderful, but Anya is my favorite. Love her energy and music. The class flies by!
My favorite thing about Resolute is the employees! They all enjoy their work and make each visit a pleasant experience. Morgan is my favorite! Her cycling class pushes you, she creates great playlists, she enjoys herself and makes a tough workout fun.
